Most of our standard products are in stock and ready to go! For custom orders, we need a little extra time to get everything just right.

We accept payments via PayPal and Shopify Payments. If you need a different payment option, just let us know and we’ll work it out together.

Of course! We’re happy to accept orders for just one item, so feel free to reach out.

• Retail orders typically ship within 1-3 business days.
• Individual orders (no logo) take about 5-7 business days.
• Custom branding orders usually take around 7 business days.

Absolutely! We’ll send you a visual preview for your approval before moving forward with your order.

You can choose between embroidery and printing—whatever works best for you.

We hope you love your Vsetex uniforms, but if something isn't right, you have 14 days to return your products from the date your order arrived to receive a full refund, as long as they’re not customized or branded.

Terms and Conditions of Returns

• Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless items received are faulty or not as ordered.
• Please retain proof of postage (receipt) until refund is processed.
• Goods must be in original condition
• Worn, soiled or damaged garments will not be refunded.
• No returns or exchanges for change of mind on customised items and uniforms with personalised embroidery or screen printing.

Yes, we offer a rush service that gets your order done in 1-2 business days. Please note, rush orders do have a 30% additional charge.
